Job summary

Visionaire Partners is seeking a Lead SAP MES Consultant to serve as the primary US technical and functional lead for site-wide digital transformation initiatives. Location is hybrid in Chandler, AZ with on-site go-lives and periodic travel for West Coast candidates.

The role requires 5+ years of MES implementation experience, strong SAP DM/DMC or SAP ME/MII expertise, and the ability to collaborate with global architects and external partners. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MES implementation experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SAP DM/DMC or SAP ME/MII.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ERP modules and OT connectivity.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as the US technical lead for site digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops; translate shop-floor requirements into SAP specs.
• Oversee external SI partners and ensure standards alignment.
• Collaborate with global Enterprise Architects on core frameworks.
• Connect plant-floor OT with SAP ECC/ERP while leading site change and hypercare.
