Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP MDG, focusing on Material Master and Business Partner Master Data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDG workflows, validations, BRF+, Change Requests, and data-related issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
• Support and enhance MDG developments including ABAP programs, workflows, data models, enhancements, BADIs, interfaces.
• Support SAP Fiori applications related to MDG, including issue resolution and user access.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for MDG enhancements and DRF/data replication processes.
• Support UAT and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to maintain master-data quality and governance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP MDG, primarily covering Material Master and Business Partner Master Data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDG workflows, validations, BRF+, Change Requests, and data-related issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend permanent/sustainable solutions.
• Support and enhance custom SAP MDG developments, including ABAP programs, workflows, data models, enhancements, BADIs, and interfaces.
• Support SAP Fiori applications related to MDG, including issue resolution, catalogs/roles, user access, and usability improvements.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for MDG enhancements and DRF/data replication processes.
• Support UAT and production deployments.
• Work closely with business users, data stewards, and cross-functional SAP teams to maintain master-data quality and governance.
• Support process improvements, user training, and technical/functional documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years of overall SAP experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong ABAP knowledge
• Experience with MDG Production Support
• Experience with Material Master & Business Partner
• Knowledge of BRF+, Workflows, BADIs, DRF and Fiori
