Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice is seeking a Manager to define, implement, and sustain enterprise data governance across SAP environments. You will lead MDG workstreams, advise on governance models, oversee migrations, and guide architecture while coaching teams and engaging stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in SAP consulting, 5+ years in MDG/MDM leadership, and a proven track record across multiple MD domains, including SAP S/4HANA integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in SAP/enterprise data management or consulting.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting or ERP experience.
• 5+ years in SAP MDG/MDM or data governance leadership.
• Experience contributing to at least 2 full lifecycle SAP MDG/MDM implementations.
• Experience delivering SAP MDG or data governance across multiple MD domains.
• Experience designing a data governance operating model with multiple components.
• Experience leading a client-facing workstream with scope, budget, schedule and team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MDG and data governance workstreams with design, planning, and delivery oversight.
• Advise on governance operating models, policies, standards, and data quality.
• Oversee data migration strategies across SAP landscapes and related workstreams.
• Guide MDG architecture decisions including domain scope and integration approach.
• Manage scope, schedule, staffing, risks, and delivery quality while coaching teams.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops to expand client value in MDM and AI governance.
