Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice seeks a senior Manager to define, implement, and sustain enterprise data governance across complex SAP environments. You will lead MDG/MDM workstreams, design governance operating models, and coordinate data migration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP/ERP consulting, leadership of at least one workstream, and willingness to travel; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in SAP/enterprise data management or consulting.
8+ years of SAP consulting or ERP/MDM experience.
5+ years leading SAP MDG/MDM data governance workstreams or teams.
Experience delivering multiple SAP MDG/MDM implementations, including full lifecycle projects.
Experience across multiple master data domains (e.g., material, customer, finance).
Experience designing data governance operating models with components like stewardship, policies, and workflows.
Proven client-facing leadership with scope, budget, schedule, and risk management responsibilities.
Willingness to travel about 50% on average.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and sustain enterprise data governance capabilities in SAP landscapes.
Lead MDG data governance workstreams with design, planning, and delivery oversight.
Coordinate data migration and conversion strategies across SAP landscapes.
Guide SAP MDG architecture decisions and integration with SAP ecosystems.
Manage workstream scope, staffing, budget, risks and delivery quality while coaching team members.
Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities for added client value.
