Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Materials SAP Coordinator to lead the team responsible for SAP material master records, MRP-driven replenishment, requisition-to-PO execution, and inventory audits across multiple locations.

You will ensure accuracy, drive efficiency, and maintain purchasing controls for fleet and equipment parts. The role requires strong SAP MM knowledge, prior supervisory experience, and a background in inventory control or procurement within a fleet maintenance

Formación

• 5+ years in inventory control, materials management, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or comparable ERP) material master, MRP, and requisition/PO functionality.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP MM module strongly preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and develop the team handling materials and purchase records in SAP.
• Own material master accuracy within SAP per governance standards.
• Monitor MRP to translate demand signals into replenishment orders.
• Execute daily requisition-to-PO conversion with controls; resolve routine issues with Procurement, Maintenance, Finance.
• Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts and audits; report metrics to Materials Manager.
• Train staff on material creation standards, requisition requirements, and SAP workflows.
• Apply procurement policies; perform periodic compliance checks and address deviations.
