1. Material Master Management’s SAP Best Practice
2. Work stream requirement gathering with business process owners and filling in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.
3. Planning and building Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) based on assessment answers.
4. Requirements Management
5. Configuration and Documentation
6. Key Decision Documentation
7. Process Flows
8. Authorization and Security
9. Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)
