Energy Transfer is seeking a Specialist in Materials Management to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify material needs, verify standards, and develop STO requisitions in SAP Fiori. The role supports catalog maintenance, inventory research, and various materials projects.

Ideal candidates have five or more years in materials management within the energy sector, with strong data accuracy, prioritization, and independent work capabilities.

Competenze

• Five+ years of materials management experience in energy or related industries.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy in review and documentation.
• Strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and catalog management preferred.
• Knowledge of energy materials (natural gas, NGL, crude oil) preferred.

Mansioni

• Receive, review, and evaluate material requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Consult with engineers, project managers, and operations personnel to confirm material specs and requirements.
• Create STO requisitions in SAP Fiori for various capital and maintenance needs.
• Update tracking systems and communicate requisition status to stakeholders.
• Maintain SAP material catalog numbers and delivery address records.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure catalog content accuracy.
