Job summary

The Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Data Specialist to ensure accuracy and governance of material and customer master data in SAP during the move to S/4HANA Cloud. The role includes end‑to‑end data lifecycle management, governance, and collaboration with Credit, Trade, IT, and other stakeholders.

You will manage data creation, maintenance, and audits, enforcing standards and SLAs, while supporting data migration and system upgrades in a hybrid, two-days‑in‑office and three-days‑remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in master data input and maintenance using SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and database concepts.
• Knowledge of data-governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK) and stewardship tools (SAP MDG).
• Proficiency with SharePoint & SAP Information Steward (web-based applications).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and diplomacy in dealing with stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Maintenance of material and customer master data using SAP.
• Create, maintain, and enrich customer master data for accurate account management.
• Conduct data quality checks and audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies to meet SLAs.
• Define data definitions, standards, and business rules with process owners.
• Monitor data quality metrics and support data migration/integration activities.
• Provide training and support on master data processes and system functionalities.
• Track and publish data quality KPIs and address breaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal security for compliance.
