Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years ERP & Shop Floor Systems, Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong data entry and data management with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ERP functionality and inventory management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Solid analytical, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good team-building skills.
• GMP and ISO requirements knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• Direct SAP ECC or S/4 HANA experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SAP data accuracy across materials, routings, calendars, BOMs and routes.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Planning, Manufacturing & Quality to improve material workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Participate in change control, product changes and launch activities interfacing with cross-functional groups.
• Serve as a SAP Super User for training, process improvement and troubleshooting.
• Manage cycle counting, root cause investigations, and physical inventories as needed.
• Act as a conduit between Mebane DS Plant and DS Business Process Team on master data questions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and communicate business process changes effectively.
• Perform other duties as required.
