Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to shape and deliver digital manufacturing, SAP PP, and MES solutions for global clients. You will architect end-to-end SAP Manufacturing programs, lead workshops with executives, and guide delivery teams across multiple geographies.

The role requires deep SAP experience, strong integration design skills, and a track record of large-scale manufacturing implementations. Travel is possible as needed to support programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience incl. PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES, and integration.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations.
• 2+ years with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution and insights.
• 2+ years working with S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transactions.
• Experience designing S/4HANA to Digital Manufacturing integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing processes and future-state SAP solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA, PP, MES, and integration domains.
• Drive large SAP Manufacturing programs from design to stabilization.
• Facilitate executive workshops and advise on design decisions with clear recommendations.
• Design and deploy SAP Digital Manufacturing capabilities including quality and traceability.
• Govern integrations between SAP components and shop-floor systems.
• Provide senior oversight for data capture, real-time visibility, and automation patterns.
• Mentor consultants and ensure delivery quality and risk management.
