Job summary

Neogen Corporation is seeking a SAP Manufacturing Super User to support manufacturing execution, bridge gaps between functional teams and the SAP team, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, basic operations knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to lead training, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAP ERP experience in an operations environment.
• 5 years preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process Governance & Documentation: Map end-to-end planning processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Training & Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs for SAP manufacturing functionalities.
• Issue Resolution & Support: Serve as primary liaison for SAP-related issues; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
• System Testing & Validation: Lead UAT and regression testing for SAP upgrades and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with warehousing, manufacturing, quality, planning and IT teams.
