Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale logistics transformation programs across the Communications, Media & Technology sector. You will manage end-to-end LE, Shipping, and Transportation projects with cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders.

The role requires deep SAP LE expertise, 5+ years of SAP Supply Chain consulting, and a track record of successful SAP S/4HANA deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience, including LE design and delivery.
• Experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with Order-to-Delivery.
• 3+ years designing or supporting global shipping networks and carrier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Shipping, Delivery, and Transportation programs.
• Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture aligned with client logistics strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on SAP LE design, including delivery processing, shipping, and freight management.
• Review specs, configurations, test scripts; drive SIT/UAT and cutover planning.

You AreWe are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale logistics and transportation transformation programs for clients across the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in SAP Logistics Execution, Shipping, Delivery Processing, and Transportation Management with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain and logistics transformation programs.

The Work

• Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Shipping, Delivery, and Transportation transformation programs across multiple geographies and business units
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client\'s long-term logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and customer delivery strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Provide hands-on leadership for SAP Logistics Execution and Transportation solution design, including delivery processing, shipping execution, transportation planning, carrier integration, freight management, shipment tracking, and logistics visibility.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
• Drive integration design across SAP SD, TM, EWM, MM, Finance, and external transportation, carrier, and 3PL platforms.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here\'s What You Need

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience, including at least 3 years designing and delivering SAP Logistics Execution (LE), shipping, transportation, and delivery management solutions.
• Experience completing at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving end-to-end Order-to-Delivery and Logistics Execution processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing or supporting global shipping operations, transportation networks, carrier collaboration, and customer fulfillment processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering SAP logistics solutions for Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), high-tech, electronics, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or advisory experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions and presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of relevant work experience); candidates with an associate degree must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Bonus Points If

• You are an SAP Certified Application Associate in one or more of the following areas:
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management
• You have SAP Logistics Execution or equivalent SAP logistics certifications
• You have an SAP Activate methodology certification or equivalent agile delivery experience
