Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale logistics transformation programs for clients in the United States. The role requires expertise in LE, Shipping, Delivery Processing and Transportation Management, with strong leadership and client-management skills.

You will oversee governance, architecture decisions, and cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end SAP logistics solutions across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience with LE, shipping, and delivery management.
• 3+ full SAP S/4HANA implementations covering end-to-end Order-to-Delivery.
• 3+ years designing or supporting global shipping operations and carrier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics Execution, Shipping, Delivery, and Transportation transformation programs across geographies.
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.

You Are:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale logistics and transportation transformation programs for clients across the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in SAP Logistics Execution, Shipping, Delivery Processing, and Transportation Management with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain and logistics transformation programs.

The Work:

Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Shipping, Delivery, and Transportation transformation programs across multiple geographies and business units Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and customer delivery strategy. Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders Provide hands-on leadership for SAP Logistics Execution and Transportation solution design, including delivery processing, shipping execution, transportation planning, carrier integration, freight management, shipment tracking, and logistics visibility. Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts Drive integration design across SAP SD, TM, EWM, MM, Finance, and external transportation, carrier, and 3PL platforms. Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience, including at least 3 years designing and delivering SAP Logistics Execution (LE), shipping, transportation, and delivery management solutions.
• Experience completing at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving end-to-end Order-to-Delivery and Logistics Execution processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing or supporting global shipping operations, transportation networks, carrier collaboration, and customer fulfillment processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering SAP logistics solutions for Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), high-tech, electronics, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or advisory experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions and presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of relevant work experience); candidates with an associate degree must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Bonus Points if:

• You are an SAP Certified Application Associate in one or more of the following areas:
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management
• You have SAP Logistics Execution or equivalent SAP logistics certifications
• You have an SAP Activate methodology certification or equivalent agile delivery experience
