Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking a SAP IT Project Manager to join the team at its Park Ridge, NJ headquarters.

The role leads the SAP IT project portfolio, coordinating across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR and driving end-to-end processes with SAP technologies. The role reports to the Senior Director, SAP Center of Excellence and requires strong leadership, collaboration, and governance skills to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while advancing enterprise architecture and clean-core

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years managing ERP projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions such as Ariba or SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes and SAP integration.
• Experience in SAP Center of Excellence or post-go-live support.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, conduct status meetings, track issues, escalate decisions to leadership, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and report on the prioritized IT project portfolio, including monthly status updates to the Project Leadership Committee and governance updates for the PIM Steering Committee.
• Provide functional leadership across SAP process domains, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supplier Management, HR, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Oversee end-to-end business process governance for Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Record to Report, Plan to Produce, and Order to Cash processes across SAP and connected systems.
• Ensure functional designs follow SAP best practices, enterprise architecture standards, clean core principles, master data alignment, and integration requirements.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, evaluate SAP cloud release capabilities, and partner with business leadership to define the SAP IT enhancement roadmap.
• Participate in SAP IT governance activities, including Change Control Board reviews, solution design reviews, enhancement prioritization, documentation, and process flow maintenance.
• Collaborate with ABAP development, integration, middleware, data, and analytics teams to align functional requirements and support end-to-end business processes.
• Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and HR.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing support to functional analysts and domain leads across the SAP IT team.

We are looking for a SAP IT Project Manager interested in a career with a top ranked and growing snack company, to join our IT department at PIM’s Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey. This position will report to our Senior Director, SAP Center of Excellence.

Job Overview

PIM Brands is looking for a SAP IT Project Manager to join the team for an exciting opportunity at the corporate headquarters in Park Ridge NJ. This role with be part of the SAP support team and will be responsible for leading, governing, and coordinating the SAP IT project portfolio across the enterprise including S/4HANA on SAP RISE, SAC Reporting, Ariba, SuccessFactors, plant integration, and supply chain planning solutions such as IBP and PP/DS.

The role provides enterprise functional leadership across SAP platforms, ensuring end-to-end business process alignment across finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, planning, and HR. The SAP IT Project Manager serves as the liaison between business leadership, IT leadership, and SAP technical teams, communicating project status, risks, priorities, and decisions for PIM project initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (at a minimum)
• 10+ years of managing projects in the ERP space including
• SAP across multiple SAP modules and enterprise business process areas.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments and SAP cloud solutions such as Ariba or SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes and SAP integration across business functions.
• Experience working within an SAP Center of Excellence or post-go-live support model.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications Include

• PMP and/or SAP certification
• Experience with SAP Ariba in SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, and Invoicing
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP IBP, or PP/DS.
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or consumer products
• industries.
• Familiarity with SAP clean core and cloud extension strategies.
• SAP S/4HANA functional experience in CPG or Finance modules a huge plus but not required
