Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant to provide production support, testing, and minor enhancements across Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable. The consultant will triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

The engagement is 12 months and remote. Responsibilities include owning SAP FICA, supporting AR/AP processes, and driving improvements with strong data analysis and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP IS-U/FICA configuration with integration to related SAP modules.
• Deep knowledge of Meter to Cash, account determination, collection strategy, FICA and Billing integration.
• Experience with BRF+ and dunning by collection strategy.
• Knowledge of general ledger and main/sub configuration, including creating and maintaining main/subs.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level SAP ECC/S4HANA configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and prioritize changes while communicating status to stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver SAP improvement opportunities aligned to business strategy.
• Develop and manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Comply with change management processes for moving configurations into production.
• Mentor analysts, assign work, and monitor delivery.
• Develop, write, and maintain business requirements and functional or technical specifications, including in Solution Manager.

Our client seeks an SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant to provide production support, testing, and minor enhancements across Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable. The consultant will triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. The role requires hands-on configuration in FICA with integration to related IS-U modules and a strong understanding of Meter to Cash, account determination, collection strategy, and month-end reconciliation. The engagement is expected to run 12 months.

Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Own SAP FICA module for production support, testing, and minor system enhancements.

Experience Requirements:

• Hands-on SAP IS-U/FICA configuration experience with integration to related SAP modules.

• Deep knowledge of Meter to Cash, account determination, collection strategy, FICA and Billing integration, month-end closure and reconciliation, and revenue distribution.

• Experience with BRF+ and dunning by collection strategy.

• Knowledge of general ledger and main/sub configuration, including creating and maintaining main/subs.

• Design and implementation of best practice SAP IS-U solutions, with business process integration across IS-U modules.

• Business and technical expertise in Billing and Invoicing, Device Management, and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel-based analysis of SAP IS-U data.

• Effective communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and to plan for short and long-term objectives.

• 5+ years of enterprise-level SAP ECC/S4HANA configuration and support.

• 3+ years of utilities experience. Experience with SAP Private Cloud Edition desired. Data migration and conversion experience a plus.
