Job summary

iShare Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM / FICA Consultant to support BRIM and FICA solutions, including subscription billing, invoicing and revenue management.

The candidate will design, configure, and support BRIM components and work with SAP technical and integration teams in a remote, long-term contract. The role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder management, and experience with S/4HANA integrations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong experience in SAP BRIM modules (CC, CI, SOM) and FICA.
• Hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue management.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SAP BRIM / FICA Consultants to support the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and SAP Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in subscription billing, invoicing, revenue management, and contract accounting processes within SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP BRIM and SAP FICA solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and support FICA processes including contract accounts, invoicing, payments, collections, and dispute management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP technical teams, and integration teams.
• Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct impact assessments and recommend process improvements.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex functional issues.
• Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong experience in SAP BRIM modules, including:
  • o SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
  • o SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • o SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
  • o SAP FICA
• Hands‑on experience in billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue management processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving S/4HANA, CRM, and other upstream/downstream systems.
• Strong understanding of functional design, configuration, and testing methodologies.
• Experience supporting implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Prior experience in Telecom, Utilities, Media, Subscription, or Consumption-Based Billing industries.
• SAP BRIM and/or FICA certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
