Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant for a remote, 12-month contract focusing on production support, testing, and minor enhancements across Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable.

The role requires hands-on FICA configuration with IS-U integration, strong knowledge of Meter to Cash, and experience in month-end reconciliation. W2 consultants receive Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP IS-U/FICA configuration experience
• Deep knowledge of Meter to Cash, account determination, collection strategy, and month-end reconciliation
• Experience with BRF+ and dunning by collection strategy
• Knowledge of general ledger and main/sub configuration
• Design and implementation of SAP IS-U solutions across IS-U modules
• Billing and Invoicing, Device Management, and Contract Accounts Receivable/Payable

Responsibilities

• Own SAP FICA module for production support, testing, and minor system enhancements.
• Provide business support for Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable, including security deposits, payments, dunning, write-offs/IVA, interest, installment plans, refunds, and clearing.
• Triage and troubleshoot incidents, propose solutions or workarounds, and manage vendor tickets.
• Perform root cause analysis and prioritize changes while communicating status to stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver SAP improvement opportunities aligned to business strategy.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to evaluate current processes and address inefficiencies.
• Develop and manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Comply with change management processes for production migrations.
• Mentor analysts, assign work, and monitor delivery.
• Develop, write, and maintain business requirements and specifications, including in Solution Manager.
