EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U customer service solutions for U.S. clients.

You will own the customer service workstream, define the target service model, translate requirements into scalable designs, and drive readiness across journeys, channels, and related utilities processes. You will lead functional teams, collaborate with business, technical, digital, and vendor partners, and ensure high-quality solution delivery,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U CS design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization.
• Experience delivering customer processes across multiple SAP IS-U functions and channels.
• Experience with customer/account maintenance, service requests, moves, and correspondence.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U CS with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, CRM, web, IVR and contact center platforms.
• Experience with SAP Service Cloud v1 and v2.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, design, testing, cutover and readiness.
• Travel 40-60% willingness.
