ZealHire Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead to support a multi-year CIS implementation for a public utility in Columbus, OH. The role requires establishing the test strategy, developing plans and scripts, and leading testing across SAP IS-U processes and integrations.

The ideal candidate has led testing on large-scale SAP IS-U utility projects, not just production support or a general SAP ERP program, and will be onsite for key milestones with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead to support a multi-year CIS implementation for a public utility.
• Establish test strategy, develop test plans and scripts, and lead testing across SAP IS-U customer and utility processes and their integrations.
• Ideal candidate has led testing on a large-scale SAP IS-U utility implementation—not solely production support or a general SAP ERP program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy, master test plan, schedules, deliverables, and entry and exit criteria for integration, system, user acceptance, regression, and cutover testing.
• Create and oversee detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts covering the utility customer lifecycle (accounts, service activation, device/meter processes, reads, billing, invoicing, payments, collections).
