Job summary

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Architect, design, and implement integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Workforce Software, and other HR/benefits systems.
  2. Own and deliver integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and other modules, including both standard pre-packaged integrations and custom interfaces.
  3. Lead and manage end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirement gathering and vendor communication to testing and deployment.
  4. Define integration patterns using HR ABAP, APIs, SFTP, IDocs, BAPIs, BADI s, Web Services, OData, SOAP services, and real-time data exchange frameworks.
  5. Build and configure integrations using SAP CPI, Integration Center, Dell Boomi, or similar tools.
  6. Create and manage interface mappings, value transformations, and error-handling logic.
  7. Experience in developing custom adapters and connectors for legacy or vendor-specific systems.
  8. Ensure real-time and batch processing integrations with third-party benefits providers, time tracking, and payroll systems.
  9. Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvements and develop new functionalities.
  10. Work with HR and business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  11. Facilitate, organize, and lead workshops between vendors and implementation partners to develop solutions for integrations.
  12. Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  13. Ensure accuracy of data flows between SAP and systems like Benefits, Workforce Software, etc.
  14. Maintain technical documentation including design specs, interface catalogs, and data flow diagrams, adhering to security, compliance, and audit standards.
  15. Develop and manage project plans for your area.
  16. Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing support.
  17. Mentor, coach, and develop employees at various levels.
Job Requirements:
  1. At least 8-15 years of hands-on experience with integrations.
  2. Extensive experience designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations with Payroll systems and other third-party systems including benefits.
  3. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Workforce Software (WFS) is a plus.
  4. Experience with HR FI GL posting interfaces is a plus.
  5. Ability to analyze user needs and architect solutions.
  6. Strong communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  9. Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and process management skills.
  10. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  11. Knowledge of current trends and solutions addressing business needs.
