Compensation:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $66,500 to $110,800.

Position Details:

You will collaborate with global team members, end users, and IT departments to implement, support, and maintain security solutions and policies, including providing escalated support for identity, access, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, and testing. Responsibilities include configuring security solutions and maintaining documentation aligned with security policies.

You will:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support across enterprise systems related to roles, authorizations, and organizational levels.
• Resolve escalated incidents professionally within SLAs, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in two or more security areas.
• Lead or assist in continuous improvement projects and support SOX compliance processes.
• Implement security access changes based on analysis and received designs.
• Act as a technical escalation resource and support security and audit teams.
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information assets, particularly in SAP environments.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and support for SAP security modules.
• Document interactions and support documentation for support teams and training.
• Support departmental goals by meeting KPIs and metrics.
• Provide backup support and ensure proper documentation and training.

You have:

• Expertise in SAP security, with exposure to identity technologies and application integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provision roles in security systems like SAP and IDV.
• Deep understanding of position-based security models and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS).
• At least 5 years of experience in security access systems and SAP security across multiple modules.
• Experience in mentoring, system dependencies, and technical communication.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (PowerShell, ABAP, etc.).
• Experience in vendor management and security system upgrades.
