Compensation:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $66,500 to $110,800.

Role Overview:

You will work with global teams to implement, support, and maintain security solutions and policies, providing escalated support for identity, access, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, and testing. Responsibilities include configuring security solutions and refining support documentation.

You will:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support across enterprise systems.
• Resolve escalated incidents professionally within SLAs, communicating accurately.
• Serve as an SME in multiple areas.
• Lead small to medium improvement projects and support larger ones with guidance.
• Support SOX compliance processes and testing.
• Implement security access changes based on analysis or received designs.
• Act as a technical escalation resource.
• Protect information assets by implementing security solutions.
• Ensure roles do not pose risks and support SAP security testing and support.
• Document interactions and support documentation standardization.
• Meet KPIs and support departmental goals.
• Back up team members and provide 24/7 support on a rotating schedule.
• Complete documentation and training, following SDLC processes.
• Resolve incidents post-implementation and identify training gaps.

You have:

• Expertise in SAP security and experience with identity technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provision roles in security systems.
• Deep understanding of position-based security models and compliance frameworks like SOX and PCI-DSS.
• 5+ years in security access systems, with experience in multiple SAP modules.
• Mentoring skills and ability to communicate across technical teams.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, CATT, ABAP).
• Experience leading security system upgrades.
