Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IBP professional to join our Technology Consulting team and contribute to complex supply chain transformation engagements. In this role, you will design and implement SAP-enabled planning solutions that improve business performance and you will gain exposure to end-to-end delivery while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years hands-on SAP IBP and/or PP/DS experience with configuration.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IBP/PP/DS implementations or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and S&OP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Client-facing skills with strong communication and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP Response & Supply and PP/DS solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales proposals.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP/PP/DS with S/4HANA, ECC, and APO.
• Provide design insights and lead build, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions.
• Demonstrate hands-on SAP IBP expertise and robust business acumen in planning.
• Facilitate client workshops and design discussions to drive adoption.
• Deliver high-quality client services and support larger transformation engagements.
