Qualifications

8+ years hands-on SAP APO configuration or SAP IBP experience.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle APO and/or IBP implementations.
Expertise in SAP APO functionalities such as statistical forecasting, heuristics/optimization, and detailed scheduling.
Strong ability to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade ERP modules such as SAP APO/IBP, including planning, design, and testing.
Analyze user requirements to determine system configuration for supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Provide ongoing support for global planning and manufacturing operations, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.
Develop detailed documentation, including Functional Design Specifications, to support custom enhancements and performance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and identify process-improvement opportunities using SAP functionalities.
