Technology Partners is seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in SAP APO/IBP to join our Supply Chain IT team. You will configure, test, and deploy APO/IBP solutions, and translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations.

In this role you will lead cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Analytics, integrating with ECC/S4 and MES. A strong track record in APO/IBP with global experience is required, along with on-site participation

• 8+ years SAP APO configuration or IBP experience, with DP/SNP/PP/DS or Demand/Supply/Inventory/S&OP.
• Two or more full lifecycle APO/IBP implementations completed successfully.
• Experience integrating APO/IBP with ECC/S4 via CIF, OData, or middleware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across global planning and manufacturing.

What You Will Be Doing

You will join a high-performance Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing IT team as a key Business Analyst focusing on SAP APO and IBP solutions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Analytical teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective system configurations and customizations. You will lead the planning, design, testing, training, and deployment of SAP APO and IBP modules, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Your contributions will help optimize supply chain performance, reduce operating costs, and support global manufacturing operations. This is a direct hire position with an on-site requirement of 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning.
• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS) and SAP IBP capabilities (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower).
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP APO/IBP and other enterprise systems like ECC/S4, MES, and external solutions using CIF, OData, and middleware.
• Configure and maintain master data, including BOMs, resources, location-product data, and classifications.
• Provide ongoing support for global planning and manufacturing operations utilizing SAP APO and IBP, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Drive process improvements by researching new SAP functionalities and optimization methods.
• Create detailed functional design specifications and documentation for custom enhancements and analytics.
• Partner with various technical teams to resolve system and process issues, ensuring reliable system performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning capabilities across manufacturing sites worldwide.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP APO configuration experience (DP, SNP, PP/DS) or SAP IBP experience (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
• Proven track record with at least 2 full lifecycle APO and/or IBP implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP APO functionalities such as statistical forecasting, heuristics, optimization, and detailed scheduling.
• Experience with integrating APO/IBP systems with ECC/S4 using CIF, OData, and middleware solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and process issues.
• Excellent collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams including FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, Security, Basis, ABAP, and Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver's License.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting global manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• SAP certification related to APO or IBP.
• Exposure to advanced planning methodologies and optimization techniques.

Pay

$66.50 – $95.00 /hr
