Job Description:

Cognizant, in partnership with John Deere and GSK Solutions, is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning for a remote engagement. This role requires hands-on implementation, functional configuration, and solution design experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning modules. Candidates must also demonstrate solid knowledge of supply chain processes and cloud integration.

Specialty Areas:

1. SAP IBP Expertise – Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, and configuration.
2. Supply Chain Planning – Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
3. Technical & Functional Analysis – Analytical troubleshooting, batch support, and SAP HANA views.
4. Agile Methodology – Experience working in Agile teams with collaborative knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead implementation and configuration of SAP IBP solutions.
2. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and synthesize business requirements.
