Job summary

ComTec Information Systems (IT) is seeking a SAP Payroll/Time Management Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP HCM solutions in a hybrid Newark, NJ environment. You will work with HR stakeholders to deliver accurate payroll processing, time management configurations, and statutory reporting.

The role requires deep SAP HCM expertise, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, HR, or a related field.
• Experience as an SAP Payroll/HR Consultant with SAP HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll schemas, rules, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support PA, OM, TM, and Payroll modules.
• Lead and support full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations.
• Translate HR requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and testing activities.
