Job summary

Inherent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll expert to deliver hands-on support for SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, Benefits and US Payroll.

The role requires strong HR process knowledge, experience with PCRs and time evaluation, and the ability to design org structures and time policies to meet business needs. The candidate will configure and customize SAP HCM components, work with business teams to gather requirements, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with workflow

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules
• Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation
• Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management
• Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements
• Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes
• Work closely with business teams to understand system needs and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies
• Support workflow automation for HR processes
• Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications
• Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling
• Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support
• SAP certification in HCM

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
