Inherent Technologies, Inc. is seeking an SAP HCM professional to provide dedicated support for PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management. The candidate will optimize HR structures and ensure policy compliance while collaborating with business teams.

The role requires hands-on SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA HCM experience, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to tailor solutions for non-standard needs. Remote work with occasional travel to Jackson, MI is expected.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules.
• Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation.
• Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management.
• Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes.
• Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements.
• Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-standard solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
• Support workflow automation for HR processes
• Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling.
• Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
• SAP certification in HCM.

Position: SAP HCM PAYROLL

Location: REMOTE, BUT THERE MIGHT BE A TRAVEL REQUIREMENT TO JACKSON, MI *

Duration: 1 Year

Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
