Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Process Consultant 3 to lead advanced process analysis and IT solution evaluations in the SAP space. You will develop data models, partner with stakeholders, and guide automation initiatives across multi-location teams.

The role emphasizes process mining, blueprint design, and proactive health strategies to sustain performance. Relocation/travel may be required, and a strong SAP testing background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HANA implementation and testing.
• Experience with SAP project lifecycle management and delivery governance.
• Experience with SAP test data management tools and SAP testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive process analysis using advanced techniques (process mining, workflow simulation) to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate complex IT solutions for efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Create technical materials translating complex processes for diverse audiences.
• Research process tools and vendor strategies to identify trends and drive innovation.
• Design architectural models and blueprints for process enhancements and automation.
