• Experience with middleware and interface support concepts.
• Ability to balance multiple support tasks in production.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Skilled in incident management, ticket tracking and root cause analysis.
• Able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of change management and application lifecycle processes.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; project management skills and cross-functional work experience are a plus.
