Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect data and maintain regulatory standards.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions to optimize operations.
• Manage client engagements by planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage strengths and enhance performance.
• Utilize SAP GRC tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks for compliance and risk management.
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews to identify improvements and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advisement.
