Job summary

PwC seeks a SAP GTS Manager to lead teams and manage client engagements in the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and guide compliance with regulatory standards for SAP applications.

You will mentor staff, drive governance frameworks, and promote innovative technologies to deliver secure, compliant SAP solutions for clients. This role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and strategic advisement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions.
• Master's or MBA preferred in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards.
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored solutions to optimize operational efficiency within SAP applications.
• Managing client engagements by planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet strategic objectives.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance.
• Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight.
• Developing and maintaining governance frameworks to support corporate compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborating with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advisement.
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Confirming data integrity and security within SAP systems through regular quality assurance checks and audits.
