Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager within our Technology Consulting practice to lead SAP compliance and security engagements, analyze client requirements, and guide teams to deliver robust controls and governance.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and build enduring relationships while applying SAP GRC and BW/4HANA expertise to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP compliance and security consulting services to confirm compliance and enhance security within SAP applications
• Analyzing client requirements and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP compliance initiatives
• Developing and overseeing the deployment of compliance technology solutions to mitigate risks
• Coaching team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
• Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance operational efficiency and compliance oversight
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address compliance challenges
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP compliance teams
• Addressing conflicts or issues, escalating where appropriate
