Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP GTS Manager in Chicago to lead SAP compliance, security, and governance projects within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and guide compliance with regulatory standards while mentoring junior staff and managing client engagements.

You will leverage SAP GRC and BW/4HANA to deliver tailored solutions, drive governance frameworks, and advance innovative technologies across client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP compliance, security, and governance, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect data and meet regulatory standards.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions for operational efficiency.
• Manage client engagements including planning, budgeting, and execution to meet strategic objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage strengths and enhance performance.
• Utilize SAP GRC tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight.
• Develop governance frameworks for compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews to identify improvements and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advisement.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Confirm data integrity and security within SAP systems through QA checks and audits.
