Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP GTS Manager to help clients optimize compliance and security within SAP applications. You will lead projects, analyze requirements, implement security measures, and guide teams across engagements in the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice.

You will manage client accounts, mentor staff, and drive governance frameworks, audits, and program improvements to protect sensitive data and meet regulatory standards. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect data and meet regulatory standards.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage client engagements including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage strengths and enhance performance.
• Use SAP GRC tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight.
• Develop governance frameworks for corporate compliance and risk management.
• Perform compliance audits and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address challenges and advise on strategy.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies to improve service delivery.
• Ensure data integrity and security in SAP systems through QA checks.
