Job summary

Infosys Manufacturing unit seeks a Package Consultant 2 to drive ERP customization, integration, and governance across Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors. You will participate in requirements gathering, design solution architecture, and implement enhancements while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, perform system integration tasks, and develop documentation and user training to enable knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and test ERP rules, data sources, and automation.
• Lead end-to-end ERP customization and implementation.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Review and refine business rules with audit and control needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Assist in solution architecture design by configuring ERP modules and features.
• Develop and integrate new features, perform code reviews, and maintain codebase.
• Coordinate system integration efforts and ensure data flow between ERP apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security and regulatory compliance.
• Develop documentation and deliver user training for knowledge transfer.
