Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience leading or supporting serialization programs using SAP ATTP, SAP Information Collaboration Hub, SAP S/4HANA serialization capabilities, TraceLink, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated environments and commercialization processes.
• Experience evaluating enterprise platforms and complex business process transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and program leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SAP subject matter expert and strategic advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Assess current SAP processes, configurations, and master data to support future commercial operations.
• Lead or advise on serialization strategy, solution evaluation, and implementation planning.
• Review SAP cutover, deployment, and integration impacts tied to finance and quality initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional discussions and present recommendations to executive leadership.
