EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead complex SAP initiatives for government clients. Based in the United States with travel, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, guiding teams through design, implementation, and validation to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

You will own budgeting, governance, and reporting aspects, coordinating across Finance, Procurement, and Treasury to deliver compliant, robust SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP S/4 implementation experience.
• 5+ years with SAP Funds Management and Grants Management.
• Strong experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting).
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing functional teams.
• Understanding of government budgeting, appropriations, funds control, and public sector financial operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Funds Management and Grants Management for government clients.
• Define funds control, budget availability control, commitment management, and budget execution processes.
• Provide SME on budget formulation and financial compliance requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution validation sessions.
• Lead integration between SAP Funds Management and SAP FI; collaborate with Budgeting, Grants, Procurement, and Treasury.
