Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in MDG (Master Data Governance) for the Finance and Customer modules. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of standardized processes for these modules, focusing on reducing customization, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, the development of Fiori forms, and adherence to SAP RISE and Clean Core principles to ensure high-quality and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MDG Finance Implementation: Lead the implementation of a standardized process for the MDG Finance module in Q2, focusing on reducing customization and improving the process efficiency.
2. Fiori Forms and Workflows: Design, develop, and implement new Fiori forms and workflows to enhance the user experience and improve business processes.
3. SAP RISE and Clean Core Compliance: Ensure that solutions comply with SAP RISE and Clean Core principles for a future-proof, sustainable system.
4. Customer Module Implementation: In Q3, lead similar efforts for the MDG Customer module, ensuring a smooth transition and integration across platforms.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes that align with business needs.
6. Best Practices Guidance: Provide guidance on industry best practices for MDG finance and customer modules, ensuring alignment with SAP standards.
7. Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to deliver solutions in an iterative and collaborative manner.

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong experience with SAP MDG Finance and Customer modules.
2. Proven experience in implementing Fiori forms and workflows to improve process efficiency.
3. Familiarity with SAP RISE and Clean Core principles.
4. Experience working in an Agile team environment, contributing to sprint activities and iterative development.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
2. Knowledge of other SAP modules and their integration with MDG is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with SAP RISE and other cloud-based solutions for enterprise applications.

Certifications (if any):

SAP MDG certification or related SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.

Agile certifications or experience in Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
