ABAP debugging and interface troubleshooting.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

Manage SAPGTS functionality to support FTA operations.
Ensure products qualify under USMCA and KORUS.
Configure SAP to track FTA eligibility and documentation.
Provide second‑level support for FTA ERP issues.
Lead or support projects to improve FTA processes.
Coordinate with Korea HQ and cross‑functional teams for ERP standards.
Develop training materials and document workflows.
