• Work on Field Service & Customer Service business processes
• Lead FSM configurations like: Resource Planning, Technician Skills, Time & Material approval, Smartforms, Crowd Service & Customer Self-Service
• Work with FSM Analytics, Reports, and Master Data
• Lead small to medium SAP FSM implementation projects
