The opportunity
We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP Senior Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. Collaborating with external clients and internal teams, you will use your strong proficiency in SAP technology to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results.

Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will spend your time engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Skills and attributes for success
As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Financial Services practice, you will play a critical role in enhancing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes to drive business performance. Your experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning will empower you to translate complex financial data into strategic insights. A solid understanding of key FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, is essential.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of FP&A processes using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning
• Experience with FP&A tools
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to gather and analyze financial data
• Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Supporting the integration of SAC Planning with other SAP modules and third-party applications
• Facilitating training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on SAC Planning functionalities
• Participating in internal development activities within SAP practice
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior team members
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience
• Over 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related roles
• Proven experience with FP&A tools
• At least 1 year of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable industry experience
• A basic understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
