Position Description

Our client is seeking a SAP Financial Consultant to provide SAP system support. The resource will serve as a member of the Finance team and will work alongside resources in implementing, enhancing, and supporting the Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration SAP system. Financial SAP ECC modules implemented include FI, CO, FM, and GM.

Duration: 3 years to start

Required Skills/Experience:

• Eight years experience providing SAP Finance ECC implementation and support
• Three years experience working with an SAP Finance ECC solution for a Public Sector Client
• Functional knowledge in the following ECC areas: General Ledger, Funds Management, Controlling, Project Systems, Grants Management

Preferred/Not Required:

• Experience with supporting integration with Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management
• Experience with analysis activities to resolve root causes of issues
• Experience with the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)

Operating Systems & Required Skill Set:

• SAP Financial module implementation and support experience (Hands-on experience working with end-users in the design, configuration, documentation, testing, implementation, and production operation) 7+ years of experience
• Public Sector Experience - Minimum of 5 years of Public Sector Experience with SAP Financial Module
• Served in the lead role for the implementation of SAP Financial modules (3 to 5 years of experience)
