The Opportunity

Your Role

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead project streams and engage actively with clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functional solutions.
• Translate needs into business solutions, configure SAP and integrate with non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate analytical skills, decision-making, and the ability to guide junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of experience with SAP ERP, including at least one full SAP Product Costing implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond Product Costing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional SAP Finance certifications.
• Experience in the consulting industry or deep functional expertise.

Additional Skills

• Strong communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel (~80%).
