Your Role

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead project streams while engaging with clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Ability to understand stakeholder needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Experience with SAP system configuration, especially in Management Accounting and Product Costing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Leadership qualities to guide junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Product Costing.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO applications and cost accounting concepts.
• Experience with configuration of Cost Center and Profit Center Hierarchies, Costing Variants, and Results Analysis.
• Understanding of SAP integration points and production strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and understanding of Material Ledger.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise.
• SAP certifications, especially in Finance and Management Accounting.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and industry experience in accounting.
• Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments.
