Your Role

As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Understanding stakeholder needs, advising on SAP capabilities, requirement gathering, designing solutions, blueprinting, testing, documentation, functional design, and translating needs into business solutions

• Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least one full SAP Product Costing implementation cycle
• Knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond Product Costing
• Understanding of cost accounting concepts and SAP configuration related to Management Accounting and Product Costing
• Experience with Cost Center and Profit Center Hierarchies, cost flows, allocation methods, production strategies, margin analysis, costing variants, and integration points with other SAP modules
• Strong communication, research, and travel willingness (up to 80%) skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience or deep functional expertise
• SAP certifications, especially in Finance or Management Accounting
• Industry experience in accounting or related fields
• Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments
