As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead project streams while engaging with clients.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Action-oriented with the ability to deliver processes, solutions, and projects.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functional solutions.
• Translate needs into business solutions, complete configurations, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Guide and develop junior team members.
• Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant SAP ERP experience, including at least one full SAP Product Costing implementation cycle.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond Product Costing, including:
• Cost accounting concepts, cost flows, allocation methods using S4 and ECC.
• System configuration experience with Management Accounting and Product Costing.
• Cost Center and Profit Center Hierarchies, Margin Analysis, Costing Variants, Results Analysis, and integration points with other SAP modules.

Additional Skills and Experience

• Relationship building, complex problem-solving, strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Preferred: SAP certifications, industry experience, proactive professional development, adaptability to diverse environments.
