SAP Finance Lead – Treasury / Banking (MBC)

Mandatory skills: Accounts Payable, Treasury/Banking with relevance to SAP Multi‑Bank Connectivity (MBC). Experience working in Big‑4 firms. Excellent stakeholder management and business "convincing" capabilities. Strong expertise in integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the architectural design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and integration points.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• You will manage stakeholders to meet the project deliverables on time.

Required Skillset

• Deep understanding of SAP sub‑modules SAP Accounts Payable and Treasury/Cash Management, particularly in SAP Multi‑Banking Connectivity solution.
• Proven experience in leading at least two greenfield SAP implementations, having worked in multi‑year engagements and interim state challenges.
• Strong expertise in integration methodologies.
• 10+ years of prior experience in SAP architecture working with relevant IT & business stakeholders in Finance function in the USA.
• Managed at least 10+ resources both onsite & remotely.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business "convincing" capabilities.
• Stay current with hands‑on capabilities in emerging SAP technologies, trends, best practices and providing thought leadership to the organization.
