Job summary

MTK Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to support SAP FI/CO configurations, GL/AR/AP processes, and integration with other SAP modules in a hybrid Dover, DE environment. Role : SAP FICO Business Analyst

Location : Dover, DE - Hybrid and Local Only

Duration : Full Time

Experience : 10+ Years Required

Job Description:

Candidates must have proven allocation experience within SAP FICO; this is a key requirement for the role.

Experience with allocation cycles, assessment/distribution methods, cost center allocations, profit center allocations, and activity-based allocations is highly preferred.

Utilities industry experience is a plus, particularly experience supporting SAP Finance processes within utility companies or regulated utility environments.

7+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or SAP Finance Functional Consultant.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO configuration and business processes.

Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.

Experience with SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.

Experience gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and preparing functional designs.

Strong experience with testing, defect management, troubleshooting, and production support.

Experience with SAP master data, financial postings, document types, posting keys, tax configuration, payment processes, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and offshore/onshore teams.
